Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
• Up to 72 Hours Before Trip Date: Customers can cancel their booking or change dates for any reason up to 72 hours before the scheduled trip date. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
Non-Refundable Cancellation
• Less Than 72 Hours Before Trip Date: If the trip is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice (excluding cancellations due to storms or unsafe weather conditions), the full cost of the trip is non-refundable.
Exceptions
• Unsafe Weather Conditions: Free cancellation is available at any time if the trip must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions.
• Captain-Related Issues: Free cancellation is also available if there are any issues related to the captain that prevent the trip from proceeding.
